The Sun exclusively reports that Deon Derrico’s second home is in foreclosure. If you didn’t know, he’s in real estate and owns several properties. His company is called REEC Enterprises.

The most recent home lost to foreclosure has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located in North Las Vegas. It was purchased in 2012.

Auction.com estimates that the house costs around $526,000. The debt total is $415,414. It’s now scheduled to be auctioned off on August 26. The starting bid on the property is $230,000.

One of Deon Derrico’s other Las Vegas properties was foreclosed on as well. It looks like the home did not sell and that it was purchased by the bank. The first home to be foreclosed on is the one that the family lived in while on TLC.

What’s next for the huge family?

It’s unclear what Deon Derrico and his family plan to do next. They haven’t officially said anything about the foreclosure themselves. Of course, because it affects the family’s financial situation, they will have to find another way to pay the bills and provide for their large family. This is likely a scary situation for the family.
