90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem, who’s been flaunting her 100-pound weight loss, is celebrating the holidays by giving away a makeover on Instagram.
90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem surprised her Instagram followers by announcing a “full total” makeover giveaway, but not everyone is excited. Angela was last seen on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6, which showcased her weight loss journey where she lost almost 100 pounds. But the surgery also came at a cost to Angela, who faced objection from Nigerian husband Michael Ilesanmi, who also became jealous of his wife flirting with her surgeon, Dr. Michael Obeng. Now that Angela and Michael have revealed they’re still together after the Tell-All break-up, the Georgia resident is not shy to promote Dr. Obeng on social media.
While there hasn’t been any official update on Michael’s visa yet, his appearances on Angela’s TikTok and Instagram reveal that he’s still in Nigeria. Meanwhile, Angela’s latest controversy involved the end of her friendship with her sissy, Jojo, over 90 Day Fiancé co-star Debbie Johnson. Fans, who’ve always called Angela out for being rude and loud, feel that she’s at fault for losing out on a BFF like Jojo. But Angela keeps insisting that Jojo and Debbie are the ones lying about everything. Still, Angela’s past record of getting into unnecessary arguments with Michael and even her 90 Day Fiancé cast members is proof enough for fans to single her out as the bad guy.
It seems that via her giveaway, Angela wants to let one lucky 90 Day Fiancé fan get a transformation like she did and shine during the holiday season. In her Instagram video, Angela explained that her manager, along with the doctors including Dr. Obeng and Dr. Saadat, will be giving the winner a makeover. In her comments, Angela added the rules to enter, which involve the participant having to follow a list of people, tag a friend, like and share the post, and send an e-mail explaining why they should get the makeover. But there’s also some fine print involved in the terms and conditions that said, “Travel, accommodations, bloodwork and medications are the winner’s responsibility and not covered by the giveaway.” Fans who happened to read grandmother of six Angela’s caption carefully wrote to her with things like, “It’s the ‘bloodwork’ in the fine print for me.”
A few seem to have not understood what kind of makeover Angela was even offering. “And what [does] the actual makeover consist of!? Does it mean a haircut and color and a new clothing outfit” asked a 90 Day Fiancé fan to Angela. Someone else wrote, “That’s messed up that you have to be responsible for your travel and accommodations. Unless that changes, I’m out.” One asked Angela to go see her 90 Day Fiancé co-star “Molly for a proper bra” as they didn’t approve of her look in the video.
Someone else wanted to know if Angela has finally stopped smoking and, if so, when is she getting her facelift and neck lift she had visited her doctor for on 90 Day Fiancé. But criticism aside, Angela’s giveaway seems to be getting a lot of attention from her followers because plenty of them have already entered and are keeping their fingers crossed. Hopefully, until then, Angela will share the details of what the winner will actually get as part of their “makeover” and also reveal if the giveaway is open to non-United States residents as some people in the comments have asked.
