‘From wearing 8xl in clothes to a 2xl,’ she shared alongside a new mirror selfie.

Tammy Slaton is giving new insight into her weight loss journey.

The 1000-Lb Sisters star, who underwent bariatric surgery in 2022, shared just how much she’s transformed in the aftermath of the procedure. In a new video uploaded to TikTok, Tammy posted a few new mirror selfies and confirmed that she’s gone down six clothing sizes.

“From wearing 8xl in clothes to a 2xl,” the TLC personality wrote in the caption.

Clearly, and deservedly, feeling herself, Tammy set the new update to LAVL’s song, “She Fine.”

Of course, it didn’t take long for Tammy’s followers to applaud the reality TV star in the comments. “So freakin awesome,” one fan noted in response. Another chimed in, “Wow beautiful!!”

Over the course of 1000-Lb Sisters‘ four seasons, fans have had a front row seat to Tammy’s weight loss journey. In the most recent season, which aired earlier in 2023, viewers watched as a 700-pound Tammy entered rehab in order to lose enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery.

However, she faced a health scare not long after, resulting in a tracheotomy and a medically induced coma. 

Thankfully, Tammy eventually lost enough weight to qualify for the medical procedure. “This is a f—–g miracle,” Tammy declared in a scene first shared by Parade. “I’m a walking miracle.”

She also noted, “After all this bulls–t, all the sacrifices. I had to give up a lot. My soadies. My chocolate.”

While season five of 1000-Lb Sisters has not been formally confirmed, cameras were spotted at the funeral for Tammy’s husband Caleb Willingham, who died earlier this summer.

The pair, who wed in 2022 after meeting as patients at an Ohio-based rehab facility, were said to be estranged. Tammy seemingly confirmed this, noting after Caleb’s death, “We were having problems, but I loved that man. I still do.”
