Tammy Slaton, who rose to fame on 1000-lb Sisters, has showed off her slimmed down figure in a new TikTok video after impressing fans with her massive weight loss
1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has said she is “100% beautiful” after losing a whopping 400lb (28.6 stone).
The 37-year-old TLC star has taken to TikTok to flaunt her much slimmer frame as she filmed herself while sat in the passenger seat of a car. Tammy used a filter which determined how beautiful users are.
The filter flicked through a range of numbers before revealing Tammy’s beauty percentage. When it stopped scrolling, it read: “You are… 100% beautiful.”
Tammy couldn’t hide her joy as she broke out into a huge smile. In the video, Tammy opted for a casual outfit as she wore a grey camouflage print top. She also tied a black bandana around her neck which had sunflowers printed on.
Tammy showed off her real skin in the clip as she went for a makeup-free appearance. She pulled her curly red hair back into a ponytail.
The TV favourite has come a long way since she first appeared on 1000-lb Sisters, which she rose to fame on alongside her sister Amy Slaton. The duo document their weight loss on the show and they’ve both massively slimmed down over the years.
Before embarking on her weight loss journey, Tammy originally weighed in at 717lb (51 stone). She’s now lost almost 400lb in total, with her recently reported to have weighted in at around 340lb (24.3 stone).
Tammy’s new video comes amid reports she is considering pursuing modelling opportunities for the future, putting her future on TLC at risk. 1000-lb Sisters returned for its fourth season earlier this year, with new episodes set to be aired in the coming months.
There is speculation, however, that the new season could be Tammy’s last. A source has claimed she wants to grow her platform and seek out a different career.
Speaking to The Sun, the source said: “I can’t say if there is or is not going to be another season, but Tammy is looking at other opportunities.” The source further told the outlet that Tammy wants to prioritise a new career as a plus-size model.
