The 1000 Lb Sisters star shared the alarming message with a “friend’s only privacy,” but its screenshot was later obtained by tvshowsace. Tammy reposted a concerning upload from one of the Facebook groups. It was a black and white poster featuring two feminine hands reaching up to seek help.
The post also included a black text that kicks start by stating, “God, I’m not okay.” It announces that the person does not feel like themselves and that they are drained. It was also a cry for help as it later requests God to “calm my mind, heal my heart, and take away my worries.”
Sadly, Tammy did not add any information to her latest upload, leaving her followers uncertain about her true emotions. Thus, several 1000 Lb Sisters fans hope for the TLC starlet to be surrounded by her near and dear ones.

1000 Lb Sisters season 4 was an incredible season for Tammy Slaton. She underwent weight loss surgery in the season besides finding the love of her life, Caleb Willingham. They met each other in Ohio rehab, it was here that they said ‘I do’ during an intimate wedding last year.
Soon after, the elder Slaton sister continued losing more weight and ultimately went back home, leaving Caleb behind. They stayed living apart for several months. Sadly, the news of Caleb’s tragic death at the age of 40 came not long after that.
