Dean Derrico of Doubling Down With The Derricos now owns two homes in Las Vegas after dealing with foreclosure. Fans are curious about which house they actually live in at this time though.
Dean Derrico’s Two New Homes
The Sun recently shared details about the new homes that he owns. Reec Enterprises LLC, which is Dean Derrico’s real estate company purchased one house back in March. This is a 2,076-square-foot home featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Dean Derrioc is also shown as the owner on the paperwork. This house is worth approx. $419,000. They have 14 children so this still might not be a big enough house for the family.
Deon and his company also took ownership of another home in April. This home is 3,084-square-foot with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. This one seems a bit more fitting for the Derrico family to live in. It is unknown for sure where they are living at this time.
Money Problems For The Derricos
Deon Derrico and his family have had money problems in the past so this is nothing new. You have to assume they are making a decent paycheck now from their reality show, but that might not be the case. Deon works in real estate as well. In Michigan, he had five homes foreclosed on. He also has filed for bankruptcy five times in his lifetime. No word on if things are getting better for the family now or not.
Foreclosure In The Past
The house that Dean Derrico and his family lived in on Doubling Down With The Derrricos has been sold after it went into foreclosure. The family no longer owns that house. Deon tried to save the home by using a petition for foreclosure mediation assistance but was unable to make anything work out. This house was foreclosed on after Deon tried everything he could to keep it from happening. He even argued that this was the home he lived in with his wife and 14 children, but that didn’t change anything.
The bank actually bought the house for $441,842.06 and then turned around and sold it for a pretty big loss. They lost about $50,000 when they sold the home.
