Evelin answers burning questions from 90 Day Fiancé fans on Instagram about having kids with Corey and what jobs they both have to make money.
90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Evelin Villegas has revealed why she doesn’t want babies with Corey Rathgeber but does her husband agree? Mormon man Corey and Evelin debuted on TOW season 1 post which they were secretly married. However, Corey and Evelin had already taken a “break” by the time they returned to the 90 Day Fiancé spinoff, and their relationship had reached its breaking point thanks to Jenny. Although they did marry a second time in the finale, Evelin vowed to destroy Corey during the Tell-All. Surprisingly, they are still together, amidst Evelin still refusing to have Corey’s baby.
A mismatched couple right from the start, Corey and Evelin had fallen in love years ago when they saw each other on a beach in Ecuador. Predictably, Corey and Evelin had little in common, whether it was their religion or their dreams which included her not wanting to stay in America with him. Leaving his family behind in Washington, Corey moved to Ecuador to discover Evelin had cheated on him. And in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 3, Corey returned the favor although Evelin, who was against the idea of marriage and feared divorce, eventually gave in. The highly dramatic Tell-All revealed Evelin was still not over Corey’s relationship with Jenny.
Yet, the 90 Day Fiancé cast members seem to be in a happier place now as Corey and Evelin have been spending time together vacationing in beautiful locales and showing it off on IG. The 32-year-old Evelin often engages with fans on Instagram and did the same while she enjoyed her latest trip to Guatemala with her husband Corey. One of the questions that Evelin received was whether or not she would be having kids. Evelin then recorded herself saying, “No babies for me.” She continued, “personally I think that we wouldn’t be enjoying,” when Corey interrupted Evelin to say, “not yet.” As per Evelin, she wouldn’t be able to enjoy her vacations as much as she’s doing now with Corey if they had a baby.
“I know some people do it, but I’d rather not,” Evelin explained. However, someone else sent Evelin a message saying, “You need to give that man a baby [or] he’s going to leave you one day.” This made Evelin snap at the 90 Day Fiancé viewer and add, “that’s a very stupid thing to say.” Evelin continued, “What? He can leave.” She reminded the fan that she’s said it “since the very beginning” that she doesn’t want children. “My body, my choice. I choose not to have them. So get the f*** out of my business,” Evelin announced.
Meanwhile, another question that often keeps coming Evelin and Corey’s way from 90 Day Fiancé fans is how they make money. “You seem to be on vacation constantly,” said one curious fan. Firstly, Evelin asked them why they even care. She sassily said, “we are on TV.” Evelin said that since they “make TV,” they get paid. And besides, Corey and Evelin also have other investments which she didn’t bother specifying. While Corey and Evelin are clearly back on the same page as of now, even fans who don’t really support them are glad that the pair is happy. But knowing Corey and Evelin, their happiness might remain short-lived yet help them get aboard a new 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season to continue their story and dodge more inquiries about babies and money.
