While there, Big Ed and Liz enjoyed their time together as a newly engaged couple. They even rented a two-seater scooter and drove around town. They got a blue rose inked under their ribs. The colored flower seems to have some significance to their relationship. According to Liz, the TLC star is her “blue rose.” However, they didn’t explain the meaning behind the tattoo.
Yet, being together, eating delicious meals, and getting tattoos wasn’t the best part for Liz.
