Sumit Singh Has a Case of Cold Feet on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way
Star-crossed lovers Sumit Singh and Jenny Slatten are both still processing his parent’s promise to leave them alone to do as they please. Jenny wants to marry Sumit ASAP. Sumit has a new hairdo and a fresh new set of doubts as mentioned in Soap Dirt. The couple set off to see the astrologer who put the wheels in motion to make sure the wedding day is written in the stars. Sumit seems very shaky and sweaty while Jenny beams.
The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way resident astrologer wastes no time in telling them they can actually marry without astral disaster if they do it after the next 9 days. Jenny dreams of an antique white Vera Wang Sari and some kitschy new frames for the big day. The astrologist does warn the couple that the marriage should be no frills to avoid a possible astrological backlash. Jenny glides out of the office and starts planning. But Sumit looks like he’s going to vomit any minute and wants to talk.
Sumit tells Jenny he’s afraid to get married again because of his painful divorce. He’s fine with the way things are but Jenny needs to get this visa stuff figured out. So he agrees to see the marriage lawyer who says they can file today and possibly be married in thirty days. She fills out the form with gusto. But later, a struggling Sumit tells a friend that he called up the lawyer and put it all on hold. And has yet to tell her. Good luck with that.
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way: Evelin Villegas Is in a Mood
On 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Evelin Villegas is in a foul mood. She dreamed about “the Jenny”. The Peruvian girl that Corey Rathgeber had a fling with after she kicked him out. In the dream she slaps the Jenny and wants to do the same to Corey. He’s been hard at work planning their wedding and still trying to save face with his b**chy bride. Evelin calms down when she sees the things Corey has planned and picked out and gives him a bit of a break.
Later the couple discuss who will officiate the wedding. Evelin doesn’t want any religious affiliation involved in the wedding because that would mean till death do them part. Corey explains that is the idea behind marriage. But she says she needs an escape route should things go south. Evelin suggests her sister, Lesly Villegas, do the honors. The same woman who tricked Corey into noshing on some soup made with a bull’s weenie. Corey isn’t on board with this but he fears the wrath of Evelin.
TLC’s Biniyam Shibre Claims he Never Cheated
Tensions are still high between Biniyam Shibre and Ariela Weinberg on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. Her mom Janice Weinberg suggests that Ariela get some rest. Because she’d like to have a talk with Biniyam Shibre alone. But with a translator. Biniyam agrees to have coffee with Janice. And is actually a little relieved that Ariela won’t be there so he can finish his sentences without her blowing up. Janice is pleasant, but she’s not beating around the bush either.
Janice explains to Biniyam that Ariela cried for 2 months after he turned their home into a music studio after she took their son Aviel Shibre to the US for surgery. Biniyam explains that it’s pretty normal for all kinds of people including random women to show up at this kind of makeshift studio. Janice tells him that members of his own family were throwing him under the bus by sending pictures of his shenanigans to them.
All that aside, Janice wants to know point blank if Biniyam cheated or has another woman in his life on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. Without flinching he says no. And Janice believes him. He admits to telling little white lies about going to clubs or hanging out with certain people. Because he knows Ariela will yell at him. But Janice suggests he tell the truth in the future. And encourages these two crazy kids to work things out.
Kenneth Niedermeier & Armando Rubio’s Family Meet on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way
Armando Rubio’s family has just arrived at his condo to get ready for his wedding. His dad is there, but immediately excuses himself to get some air. This makes Armando question if he will show up for the actual ceremony at all. His mom says it was his text to his dad that changed his mind. Armando simply suggested that he would always show up for his dad and wished he’d do the same for him.
On 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Kenny’s family is arriving too. And Armando finally meets his son, Brice Niedermeier and daughter, Taylor Niedermeier. A round of tacos by the pool lets everyone casually meet and get to know each other. Later, Kenny talks with just his kids (who are grown adults btw). He mentions that he and Armando may consider adopting. Daughter Taylor has a hissy fit. She’s convinced her dad will forget they exist. Kenneth is disappointed in their reaction.
Victor McLean Recounts Surviving the Hurricane
Victor McLean is still trying to make sense of the hurricane that ravaged his hometown of Providencia on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. He walks through the ruins with Ellie Rose and it’s still upsetting him. He shows Ellie the very cabinets in his mom’s house that he, his mom, sister and the family dog all hid in. Ellie can see how upset he is but isn’t sure how to help with his distress.
One thing sure to help is to have some rum. So the couple relaxes with drinks. Ellie Rose is concerned how they will survive without tourism on the island. After all the plan was to set up a beach bar and support themselves off thirsty tourists. Victor McLean doesn’t seem too concerned and that irritates Ellie. Because she’s been the one sending him money all this time. He suggests it wasn’t that much money or he’d have a bike by now. This makes Ellie really mad and Victor storms off to drink alone.
